Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for supporting Paladin Paintball and the Border Wars event. All merchandise sold through our Shopify store is produced as limited-run, pre-order items. Because these items are custom-made specifically for your order, we maintain the following policies:
All Sales Are Final
All merchandise purchases — including apparel, accessories, and event swag — are final sale.
No refunds and no returns will be accepted for any reason, including (but not limited to) change of mind, schedule changes, or inability to attend the event.
Pre-Order Pickup Policy
All merchandise must be picked up in person at the Border Wars event on the designated pickup days.
If you are unable to pick up your items at the event:

Your order may be subject to resale or restocking fees, or

You may request shipping at your own expense. Shipping must be paid in full before items are sent out.
Unclaimed orders after the event may be forfeited without refund.
Exchange Policy (Manufacturer Defects Only)
We stand behind the quality of our products. Exchanges will only be granted in the case of:

Manufacturer defects,

Misprints,
-
Damaged or flawed merchandise received at pickup.
To request an exchange for a defective item:

Report the issue within 48 hours of receiving your item.

Provide photos or present the item at the event booth.

If approved, the item will be replaced or remade as availability allows.
Exchanges are not offered for sizing issues, wear-and-tear, or any damage occurring after pickup.
Shipping for Post-Event Exchanges
If a defect is reported after the event and an exchange is approved, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return the defective item and for shipment of the replacement.
